Adam Hislop-Reynolds Appointed Group CEO to Lead Express Employment Professionals Across ANZ
Express Employment Professionals Australia and New Zealand has announced the appointment of Adam Hislop-Reynolds as Group Chief Executive Officer, overseeing Express Employment Professionals alongside Frontline Recruitment Group and Express Healthcare Staffing across the region.
Adam brings more than two decades of executive experience in recruitment and workforce solutions, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and support sustainable growth. His background includes senior leadership roles across national and global recruitment brands operating in complex, competitive markets.
Across his career, Adam has held leadership positions with Adecco, Toll People, Skilled Group and Healthcare Australia, where he was instrumental in driving operational scale and long-term performance outcomes. Adam played a pivotal role in scaling the organisation to a billion-dollar business within a decade.
